IT Operations Manager, Data Center

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operation maintenance and service management of the data center, balancing service quality, efficiency, cost, and safety while continuously optimizing operations to support business functions.
2. Respond to and handle risk events and emergency situations at the data center, ensuring controllable operations during changes and faults.
3. Establish efficient cooperative relations with local government departments and fulfill compliance operation requirements.
4. Provide on-site technical support for business equipment, understand business needs and network structures, and facilitate operation projects between teams.
5. Build and manage the on-site operation and maintenance team, focusing on capacity training, risk control, team culture, and performance assessment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Over 3 years of experience in global large data center operations (10+MW) as a team leader, managing teams of more than 15 people.
3. In-depth knowledge of Data Center IT Operations.
4. Functional knowledge of cloud technologies and IT service delivery principles.
5. Highly driven and independent with strong problem analysis and critical thinking skills.
6. Familiarity with data center construction procedures.
7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25% to 50%+).
8. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
