Key responsibilities include responding to IDC risk events, handling emergency faults, establishing cooperative relations with local government departments, and providing on-site technical support for business equipment. You will also be responsible for talent development, team culture construction, and managing the on-site operation and maintenance team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience in global large data center operations (10+MW) as a team leader managing teams of over 15 people
Deep knowledge of Data Center IT Operations
Functional knowledge of cloud technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles, and best practices
Strong problem analysis and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with data center construction procedures
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25% to 50%+ at times)
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual in Chinese is required to coordinate with the HQ in China
