Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, and operating in around 65 countries, we are searching for an IT Operations Manager to lead our IT infrastructure, service management, and operations across our offices, dark stores, and cloud kitchens.

The successful candidate will manage a team overseeing key operational areas including helpdesk support, infrastructure management, security, access control, and call center solutions. Responsibilities will include:

  • Infrastructure & IT Operations Management: Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across all locations.
  • Helpdesk and Support Services: Manage the IT Helpdesk, driving timely support for internal users while implementing ITIL best practices.
  • Security and Access Management: Oversee the IT security strategy and collaborate with security teams to manage vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
  • Call Center Solutions: Implement and manage call center technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development of divisional goals and track relevant OKRs and metrics.
  • Governance and Resilience: Follow policies and procedures to enhance effectiveness and uphold high-performance standards.
  • People Management: Set performance objectives, support team development, and evaluate personnel.
  • Budget Management: Own the budgeting cycle, ensuring effective budget utilization and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT operations, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing IT operations in multiple locations (dark stores, cloud kitchens, or retail).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and helpdesk management.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and call center solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science; Master's degree preferred.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
