Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily IT operations, systems, networks, and end-user support across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Support IT service management activities, including ticket handling, SLA monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
  • Manage endpoint devices, system updates, security tools, and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, access management, and device setup/return.
  • Administer Active Directory, user access, permissions, VPN, SSO, and related identity management activities.
  • Support infrastructure, applications, backups, and operational data processing activities.
  • Maintain IT asset records, technical documentation, SOPs, and operational knowledge bases.
  • Support cyber security, compliance, patch management, and cross-functional operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, or technical support.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policies, and user access management.
  • Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, ticketing systems, patching, and operational reporting.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar.
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes including incident, request, change, problem management, RCA, and SLA tracking.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, patch management, VPN, MFA, SSO, backup basics, and access control principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, prioritization, and coordination skills.
