About the Job:
Here's your chance to step into the role of IT – Park Support at the company Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Provide day-to-day IT support across park operations, retail, F&B, and other business units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues efficiently.
- Deploy, maintain, and support IT equipment, applications, and software across the park.
- Manage and respond to IT incidents and service requests, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution.
- Meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and follow IT support standards and procedures.
- Support POS, ticketing, retail, F&B, and operational systems to ensure smooth business operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, service desk, vendors, and end users to provide updates and support.
- Promote excellent customer service and continuous improvement within IT support services.

About You:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications such as MCP, MCDST, CompTIA A+, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably within hospitality, theme parks, retail, F&B, or hotel operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, POS, retail, F&B, and ticketing systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users at all levels and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
