IT Performance Analyst

ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, aiming to redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape. Set to be operational in 2025, ASMO focuses on delivering integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies in the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Initially, the target customers will be Saudi Aramco and its affiliates, with plans to expand throughout the MENA region.

The IT Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure at ASMO. The primary goal is to ensure efficient system performance, meet performance targets, and provide an optimal user experience.

General Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to collect performance data and metrics.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Utilize performance monitoring tools to track system behavior and identify performance degradation.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
• Conduct performance tests, load tests, and capacity planning to ensure systems handle anticipated workloads.
• Investigate and diagnose performance issues reported by users or detected through monitoring.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and dashboards to the IT Planning Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or an equivalent field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) or relevant certification preferred.
