Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the platform, aligning technology capabilities with business needs, industry trends, and innovation opportunities.
- Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance to support business growth.
- Integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the platform.
- Oversee platform architecture, development cycles, and feature delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
- Build relationships and engage with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to promote a high-performance culture, fostering creativity and growth.
- Establish and lead a Centre of Excellence (CoE) focusing on continuous development, innovation, and optimization of platform capabilities.
- Continuously assess platform efficiency and implement necessary changes to optimize value delivery.
- Manage IT contracts and budgets, efficiently allocating resources to meet project demands.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
- 10+ years of leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing large scale technical product or platform delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3-5 years in platform architecture or lead roles.
- Broad knowledge of platform-related technologies and understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience in managing technology budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
