IT Procurement Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Senior Executive to manage end-to-end IT procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with organizational standards, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and licenses
• Handle RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with vendors
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, and business teams for requirements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements
• Monitor vendor performance and drive cost optimization
• Maintain IT asset and procurement documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or technology sourcing
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and licensing
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
