Job Description:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Customer and the company teams, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure all tasks are completed as per the agreed scope within budget and with high quality.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project charter, governance plans, progress reports, technical and business requirements, meeting minutes, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure alignment between internal customer stakeholders across multiple teams and the company delivery and functional/ops teams.
- Facilitate regular communication between teams to ensure clarity on objectives and progress.
- Act as the escalation point for resolving stakeholder concerns.
Requirements:
- Strong project management and coordination skills with expertise in managing complex technology outsourcing projects.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across various levels.
- Customer management experience, including contract management, payment milestones, and other project operations.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner); Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) for managing iterative project phases.
