IT Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for an IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, logs, etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
• Assist senior project managers with day-to-day activities.
• Manage small-sized projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.

Requirements

• Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA.
• Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing testing, raising bugs, and reporting to the vendor for fixing.
• Ability to write procedures and prepare training materials for a new system.
• Training experience is a plus.
• High-level knowledge of demand management, resource, and capacity planning processes.
• Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, and able to build pivots.
• Experience preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports, and management dashboards.

Joining Time Frame
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
