Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Assist in managing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholder updates.
- Support the development of project proposals and bids when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination or management within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- UAE experience and understanding of local business practices are preferred.
