Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, management, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets and identifying cost overruns or savings.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Issue Resolution: Address project issues promptly and escalate to the project manager as necessary.
- Tool Management: Utilize project management software to track progress, tasks, and schedules.
Skill Requirements:
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT concepts, software development life cycle (SDLC), and proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, etc.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and excellent task prioritization.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred, as effective communication with diverse stakeholders is essential to the role.
