Responsibilities

Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs, etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
Assist senior project managers with day-to-day activities.
Manage small-sized projects.
Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.

Requirements

Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA.
Quality Assurance test experience: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs, and reporting to Vendor for fixing.
Ability to write procedures and prepare training materials for a new system.
Training experience.
High-level knowledge of Demand Management, resource, and capacity planning process.
Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, and able to build Pivots.
Experience preparing management regular reports, executive summaries, presentations/status reports, and management dashboards.
