IT Project Manager

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. This individual should be comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Temporary (3 to 6 months duration)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects across finance, operations, commercial, procurement, HR, and customer service functions.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of structured project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Additional ERP certifications are an advantage.
