Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals.
- Coordinate various technical personnel throughout all project phases.
- Continuously monitor project progress and generate detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocations to meet financial objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in IT Project Management with a focus on AI, IoT, and Data Science.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with risk management and strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills to encourage personnel, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
