Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, card schemes, compliance teams, and other internal entities to ensure projects meet agreed-upon scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Maintain strong documentation and reporting, adhering to structured governance practices including escalation and change control.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
- Communicate proficiently with senior management, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
Experience and Certification Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in banking, financial services, cards, payments, or digital banking environments.
- PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in overseeing complete IT project delivery processes.
- Familiarity with structured governance environments emphasizing documentation and reporting.
Cards and Banking Domain Knowledge
- Solid understanding of tokenization, PCI DSS, ePayments, digital wallets, and payment processing flows.
- Knowledge of card schemes and compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in analytical, planning, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in banking IT settings.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problem-solving with a proactive delivery approach.
