This role involves successfully managing complex IT projects, particularly pertaining to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, and ePayments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT project delivery within the banking or financial services industry. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, card schemes, compliance teams, and other internal resources to ensure project objectives are met within the defined scope, timelines, budget, quality, and governance standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, including project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and project closure.
- Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to meet project objectives.
- Ensure structured governance with strong documentation, reporting, escalation, and change control practices.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, technology teams, and external partners.
- Provide strong problem-solving skills with a structured, proactive delivery approach.
Experience and Certification Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, ideally within banking, financial services, cards, payments, or digital banking environments.
- PMP certification is either required or strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure in a structured environment.
- Familiarity with documentation, reporting standards, and compliance regulations.
Cards and Banking Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of tokenization, PCI DSS, ePayments, digital wallets, and payment processing flows.
- Knowledge of card schemes, certifications, mandates, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of an organization from senior management to technical teams.
