IT Project Manager - Digital Branch & ATM Solutions

Dautom is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital branch, kiosk, and ATM transformation programs for one of our leading banking clients in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale IT projects and ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and security standards in banking projects. Immediate or 30-day joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale IT projects related to Digital Branch, Multifunction Kiosk, and ATM Solutions.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Coordinate with vendors, third parties, and internal IT for timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and C-level leadership.
• Manage testing cycles and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Who You Are:

• 8–12 years of IT project management experience with a strong focus on Digital Branch initiatives.
• Proven expertise in managing Kiosk, ATM, or branch transformation projects in banking environments.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of banking compliance and risk frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Work Conditions: On-site, 12-Month Renewable Contract
