IT Project Manager for MS365 Email Migration

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a major conglomerate in Dubai during their transition to a modern, secure productivity ecosystem. This organization, with over 800 employees, is migrating 7,500 email accounts from various Email Service Providers (ESPs) to Microsoft 365 and another secure ESP.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (3 months)

Main Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of the email migration to MS365 and another secure ESP.
• Coordinate stakeholders from multiple departments across the organization.
• Create and manage the project plan, timelines, budget, and risk assessments.
• Oversee technical implementation teams (internal or external).
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and business continuity throughout the transition.
• Provide ongoing PMO support to the CIO one day per week during the project period.
• Deliver project documentation, status reports, and post-migration evaluations.

Professional Background:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally with successful email or productivity tool migrations to MS365.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and email infrastructures.
• Familiarity with secure Email Service Providers and data migration tools.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Certifications such as PMP or Microsoft certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus.
