IT Project Manager (IT Development)

We have an immediate job opportunity for an IT Project Manager (IT Development) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates with 8 to 20 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in software project management, particularly in IT development, with a favorable background in managing projects related to Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Data Science. Proficiency in project management software tools is essential, along with a proactive leadership style to oversee technical projects from inception to completion. It's critical to ensure these projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel throughout all project phases.
• Continuously monitor project progress and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocations to meet financial objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proactive communication with team members to encourage participation, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Experience in risk management and strategic planning.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
