IT Project Manager (IT Development)

Synechron is seeking an IT Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software project management, specifically within IT development, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience managing projects in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Data Science.

The role involves overseeing technical projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, continuously monitoring project progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage resources effectively. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing project budgets and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Key Skills:

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with risk management and strategic planning.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
