IT Project Manager (IT Development)

We have an immediate job opportunity for an IT Project Manager (IT Development) at the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring between 8 to 20 years of experience, with notice periods ranging from immediate to 30 days.

Job Description:

• Over 8 years of experience in Software Project Management.
• Substantial experience in IT Development.
• Experience in managing projects related to Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Data Science is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Ability to lead and oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
• Monitor project progress continuously and prepare detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation to meet financial objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proactive communication with all involved personnel, identifying problems, creating solutions, and implementing improvements.
• Experience with risk management and strategic planning.
• Utilize industry best practices and standards throughout the project.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
