Position

The IT Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the company's technology projects. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, and QA) to plan, execute, and track projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage project execution, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with the Head of Product to shape the product backlog for upcoming sprints.
Work closely with the CTO for on-time project delivery.
Set expectations for top management regarding software delivery ownership.
Deliver all software projects on time with the expected quality metrics.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
Guide the team in adopting and adhering to Agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment.
Drive increases in automation and LEAN improvements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Proactively identify and assess project risks; develop and implement mitigation plans.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's delivery processes.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in software development project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in implementing them in a software development environment.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and software development lifecycle processes.
Previous experience managing a large team.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
