Key Responsibilities:
- Outstanding project and programme management experience, with strong communication capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding and proven experience of Programme and Project Management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Engage in positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the business.
- Demonstrate excellent risk and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Communicate effectively and confidently across all levels of the organization.
- Implement large scale organizational, procedural, technology, and people-related change programmes.
- Contextualize complex issues into simple language suitable for a global audience.
- Analyze financial data and rationalize it into business activities and conclusions.
- Manage a broad range of outputs simultaneously across clients.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams located regionally and worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience in delivering large scale change programmes within a Technology organization.
- Strong financial analytical background.
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and services.
- High level of drive and motivation, with experience driving continuous improvement.
