Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops with multiple stakeholders to understand resiliency and recovery requirements.
- Liaise and translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and documentation.
- Analyze current IT systems, infrastructure dependencies, and data recovery processes.
- Hands-on experience with network setup, server configuration, and resiliency testing/impact assessment.
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specification documents, and data flow diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with significant experience in documenting Business Requirement documents, process flows, data specifications, and prototyping.
Must Have:
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure – including servers, databases, networks, storage, and cloud.
- Experience in disaster recovery.
Good-to-Have:
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
- CBAP certification.
