As an IT Sales Officer, you will be the first human voice potential clients hear, guiding discovery, and converting conversations into real projects. This role requires driving inbound growth, leading purposeful discovery sessions, shaping client requirements into clear proposals, and creating new demand through personalized outreach. You will utilize AI tools for targeted micro-campaigns, open doors to new brand opportunities, manage the sales journey, ensure seamless project handoff to the delivery team, and maintain a clean pipeline.

You will track all activities in HubSpot, share insights with precision, and use AI to automate follow-ups and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive inbound growth and respond quickly to qualified leads.
  • Lead purposeful discovery sessions.
  • Shape client requirements into clear, compelling proposals.
  • Create new demand through personalized outreach.
  • Utilize AI tools for targeted micro-campaigns.
  • Open doors to new brand opportunities and close deals confidently.
  • Manage the sales journey from the first call to contract negotiation.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff of projects to the delivery team and maintain a clean pipeline.
  • Track all activities in HubSpot and share insights with precision.
  • Use AI to automate follow-ups and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling digital services and a passion for agency life.
  • Proficiency in "tech" language (CMS, APIs, stacks) to establish trust with CTOs and marketers.
  • Consultative listening skills and an assertive closing approach.
  • Commitment to maintaining an organized CRM.
  • Regular use of AI in daily workflows.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently (sharp English; Arabic is a plus).
  • A strong drive for hitting targets and adapting to ambiguity while embracing continuous learning.
