Position

At Element8, we’re a fast-moving digital agency in Dubai, creating bold websites, apps, and platforms for some of the Middle East’s most exciting brands. We’re looking for an IT Sales Officer who acts like an owner: building relationships, thinking strategically, and using AI tools as naturally as emails and calls. Most of our leads come to us, but the rest? We go after them with smart, data-powered outreach. You’ll be the first human voice potential clients hear, the strategist who guides discovery, and the closer who turns conversations into real projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive inbound growth by responding quickly to qualified leads.
  • Lead discovery sessions with purpose.
  • Shape client requirements into clear, compelling proposals that build trust.
  • Create new demand and conduct personalized outreach on LinkedIn and Apollo.
  • Utilize AI tools to craft targeted micro-campaigns.
  • Open doors to brands we haven’t met yet.
  • Close deals confidently and manage the sales journey from first call to contract.
  • Negotiate win-win terms and seamlessly hand off projects to the delivery team.
  • Keep the sales pipeline clean and clear, track all activities in HubSpot, and share insights and forecasts with precision.
  • Use AI to automate follow-ups and speed up tasks.

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have sold digital services before and are excited about agency life.
  • Speak “tech” fluently (CMS, APIs, stacks) enough to earn a CTO’s trust and a marketer’s enthusiasm.
  • Are consultative when listening and assertive when closing.
  • Maintain a clean CRM and use AI in your daily workflow.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently (sharp English; Arabic is a plus).
  • Thrive on hitting targets, navigating ambiguity, and learning every day.

Languages Required:
