Join our team as an Information Security Officer, where you will play a key role in strengthening the company's security competency within our Managed Services environment. You will provide deep information and cyber security expertise across systems, platforms, databases, and networks, ensuring security compliance, operational resilience, and continuous improvement of security controls.

In this role, you will serve as the main customer interface for all security-related matters, driving proactive risk management, compliance with global and local security standards, and alignment with the company's information security framework.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure systems, infrastructure, and managed services comply with the company's security policies, blueprints, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate on-demand compliance and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and provide evidence through configuration snapshots and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of Vulnerability Management and User Access Management, integrating with Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Manage and support both emergency and planned Security Patch Management activities.
  • Coordinate Business Continuity Planning/Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) drills and maintain communication plans for continuity events.
  • Enforce Security Policies and support their implementation across systems and platforms.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining cloud federation platforms for identity and access provisioning.
  • Facilitate integration of systems with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB), and other inventory management tools by providing required system and log details.
  • Support and coordinate the full lifecycle of Security Incident Response (detection, containment, eradication, recovery, RCA).
  • Handle security tool and system integrations (e.g., Firewalls, IPS/IDS, IAM, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Syslog, SIEM).
  • Maintain repositories for Disaster Recovery run books, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Firewall communication matrices.
  • Participate in Security Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, audits, and certification activities (ISO 27001, Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) 22301, etc.).
  • Support process governance creation and improvement initiatives within Technology and Security Risk Management (TSRM) entities.

Skills You Bring:

  • Strong expertise in Information Security, Cyber Security, Security Risk Management, IT Audit, and ISMS/BCMS frameworks (ISO 27001 & ISO 22301).
  • Hands-on experience in Security Incident Response Team (SIRT), IAM, Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, Network Security, Data Privacy, and Incident Response.
  • Proven ability to apply security architecture, policy enforcement, and compliance management across complex managed service environments.
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse technical and business teams.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of aligning technical initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Knowledge of the company's business processes and security governance is an advantage.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Information and Cyber Security roles.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or CDPSE.
