In this role, you will:
- Ensure that the deployed architecture for infrastructure, servers, PCs, and peripherals meets service level requirements
- Identify recurring problem areas and articulate trends for root cause analysis
- Liaise with different technical teams and vendors to enhance system availability
- Analyze incidents and provide solutions to users promptly to minimize disruption
- Implement proactive maintenance on devices to prevent possible incidents
Requirements
- Degree or honors (12+3 or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Knowledge in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Python, React, Node.js, and modern frameworks
- Experience in optimizing database performance for Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Couchbase
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance application efficiency
