As an IT Service Associate, you will assist the IT department with tasks related to Office, Regional, and the company's priorities, which include business reporting, operational planning, user support, computer setup, maintenance, telecommunications, and network infrastructure maintenance. You will work directly under the Riyadh IT Manager and must excel in a fast-paced, high-performing, service-oriented environment.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time
  • Shared office space
  • Some lifting/moving equipment is required
  • Occasional weekend or out-of-hours work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service through on-site technology support in both home and office environments.
  • Support the company's user community with tailored technology solutions at the company's offices, client locations, and special events.
  • Prepare and deploy laptops (Windows and MacOS) for staff, including configuration and data migration.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office printers and computing equipment with vendors.
  • Troubleshoot video conference and telecommunication systems.
  • Work on operational projects for technology upgrade and replacement.
  • Compile various IT reports and analyze technical issues.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Broad experience in PC/laptop/Mac hardware, software, telecommunications, networking, and server administration.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint Online.
  • Familiarity with WebEx/Zoom/MS Teams and basic troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of LAN and IP networking.
  • Exposure to cloud technology and VoIP.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
