IT Service Desk Agent (UAE National)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented IT Service Desk Agent (UAE National) to join our team! In this role, you will provide first-level analytical and IT technical support to users of Parsons personal computers, workstations, and related software and hardware.

Key responsibilities include providing first-level analytical and IT technical support remotely to end users, answering IT questions, troubleshooting standard issues, and documenting service requests. You will maintain a good general knowledge of the MIS environment and follow company policies in responding to user requests. The position requires on-call support for non-business hours, and may involve additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• 0-1 years of related work experience providing support to end users, working in an IT support role, or in the MIS environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, as well as various computer models, printers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with the MIS environment and a strong customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for an IT helpdesk role.
• Must be a UAE National.
