IT Service Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the set-up, installation, uninstallation, and support for standard software on end-user devices.
• Perform end-user device cycle support management in accordance with IT procedures from procurement to disposal of IT assets.
• Assist in managing IT assets including inventory, storage, recording, issuance, and disposal.
• Deliver the appropriate information systems (IS) solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time, within budget, and at a high quality.
• Assist IT colleagues in resolving and closing escalated issues experienced by the business.
• Adhere to IS policies, procedures, and protocols while providing support to the business.
• Execute IS-related vendor management tasks and collaborate with the OSS/CX team for global requirements and mandatory roll-outs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• At least 2 months of IT service support experience.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Fast adaptability to change.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting, .Net application development, server administration, MS SQL Server, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
