About the Job:
ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Aramco, aiming to redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape for the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. The IT Solution Analyst will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing IT applications, infrastructure, and services within ASMO. This role ensures the smooth operation of systems, identifies and resolves issues, and proactively monitors and optimizes performance.

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

General Responsibilities:

  • Review functional specification/technical design documents.
  • Manage all changes to requirements through a formally defined change request procedure.
  • Configure applications based on functional specifications.
  • Ensure that developed solutions are reviewed and formally documented.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems, applications, and services.
  • Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolution with appropriate teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage monitoring tools and systems for proactive monitoring and alerting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT service management best practices.
  • Analyze integration requirements and design integration solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integration interfaces and workflows.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather integration requirements and ensure data consistency and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • Preferred certifications in IT service management or IT infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., ITIL Foundation, SolarWinds Certified Professional).
  • 5 years’ experience in a related field.
