The IT Solutions Analyst (Logistic) will manage and analyze the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to facilitate ASMO’s logistics operations. Acting as a liaison between technical and end-user aspects, this role will support system adoption and utilization, increase resource knowledge, train end-users, provide on-site support, and ensure the effective deployment of the ASMO BY WMS.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the WMS.
  • Act as the first point of contact for WMS-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
  • Conduct end-user training and create documentation for better system utilization.
  • Monitor WMS performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Solutions Manager on inventory management strategies.
  • Support WMS deployment and integration in warehouse operations.
  • Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Analyze system-generated data to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve advanced system issues.
  • Stay updated on warehouse management technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Preferred certifications or training in WMS solutions or logistics management (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan WMS).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with warehouse management systems or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
  • Proven experience in end-user training and technical system support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for diverse teamwork.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Ability to provide hands-on support for warehouse operations.
