IT Specialist

About the Role
The Information Technology Specialist will be an essential part of our team, focused on maintaining and upgrading various technology systems and infrastructure within the hotel. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities centered around managing servers, networks, and property management systems, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly to support the luxurious services offered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage servers infrastructure – both physical and virtual
• Oversee networks, including data, voice, and Wi-Fi connections
• Upgrade and align property management systems (PMS) and sales & catering systems (S&C)
• Implement and maintain central profile solutions (CP)
• Manage central reservations systems (CRS)
• Oversee revenue management systems (RMS)
• Integrate various middleware/interfaces
• Handle data warehouse, reporting, and business intelligence (BI) interfaces
• Manage sales force automation (SFA) interfaces
• Implement and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Oversee point of sales applications
• Manage back office accounting software application
• Implement procurement and inventory management applications
• Oversee IP TV systems
• Manage human resources management systems

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer hardware/software, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, cybersecurity basics, and Microsoft 365/cloud tools
