About the Role
This position contributes general knowledge and skill in technology to provide first- and some second-level support and break-fix for multiple units. You will generally work under supervision and adhere to well-established guidelines to complete routine tasks. Your responsibilities include performing repairs, installations, and maintenance on all property and above property-based technologies while following the company's guidelines in the form of ISMs and SOPs.

Responsibilities
- Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Address guests’ service needs; assist colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team efforts to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new strategies to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Enter and locate information using computers/Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Move up and down stairs and ramps.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: University or college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
