Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT strategic planning and improvement processes by identifying priority initiatives and aligning actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and capacity planning teams to forecast workforce needs.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct strategic analysis and monitor industry trends to inform planning and ensure responsiveness to change.
- Monitor performance frameworks and dashboards and promote leadership alignment through effective communication strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field is required. Relevant certifications in strategic planning and IT governance are preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years in Information Technology, specifically in business planning and IT strategic planning. Proven track record in managing strategic projects in diverse environments is essential.

- High level of proficiency in strategic planning, governance, performance management, and data-driven business analysis.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking skills, and business acumen.
- Proven ability to present ideas, influence decisions, and lead effectively in fast-paced environments.
