We are seeking a talented IT Strategy Consultant who is passionate about driving meaningful change through technology. In this role, you will engage in multi-disciplinary, complex consulting assignments to deliver value to our customers and Kyndryl. You will leverage deep industry expertise, consulting techniques, and cognitive approaches to analyze issues and create innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customers' current states and defining IT strategies with key outcomes.
- Designing conceptual solutions and planning/executing design and implementation work.
- Capturing and prioritizing complex requirements while resolving conflicting ones.
- Spearheading comprehensive modernization programs that encompass people, culture, processes, and technology.
As a trusted consultant, you will develop intellectual property, lead teams of consultants and architects, and continuously evolve methodologies based on lessons learned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of consulting experience in the MEA region with an IT professional service "big 4" firm or similar background focused on IT strategy enablement.
- Knowledge of major cloud technologies including virtualization, containers, and networking across different cloud platforms.
- Subject matter expertise in at least three domains (e.g., cloud computing, IT strategy, infrastructure, IT operations, applications, enterprise architecture, automation, data management, AI/ML, IoT).
- Experience with data modeling, issue-based analysis, and IT Operating Models.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and interviews, with strong presentation skills.
- Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
