IT Support Administrator I

Assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security. Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups. Provide first-level technical support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in deploying and configuring new systems and hardware (desktops, servers, network equipment, etc.). Monitor network and system alerts, responding promptly to potential issues. Document procedures, processes, and configurations for internal use. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• Min. 1-4 years of experience as an IT System/Application/Support Administrator
• Experience in administering and managing applications such as Microsoft Dynamic ERP and Kissflow
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer/Science/Technology or in a related field
• Knowledge of Windows Servers (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS, WSUS, RDS, Print Server, File Server)
• Experience in Google Workspace (G Suite), Okta, SailPoint IIQ Antivirus (Sentinel-one or Symantec EP protection)
