IT Support Administrator

As an IT Support Administrator, you will assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, and storage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
• Performing routine system maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and backups.
• Providing first-level technical support to internal teams by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assisting in the deployment and configuration of new systems and hardware, including desktops, servers, and network equipment.
• Monitoring network and system alerts and responding promptly to potential issues.
• Documenting procedures, processes, and configurations for internal use.
• Collaborating with IT and operations teams to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience as an IT System/Application/Support Administrator.
• Experience in administering and managing applications such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Kissflow.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Windows Servers (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS, WSUS, RDS, Print Server, File Server).
• Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite), Okta, SailPoint IIQ, and antivirus solutions (Sentinel-one or Symantec EP protection).
