Opportunity: We are looking for an accomplished IT Support Analyst to join our IT team as part of our financial services business in Grand Cayman. The Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s. As part of our team, you will:
- Provide technical desktop and application support to staff locally in our global offices through the service support ticket system
- Perform system administration tasks for in-house and generic applications, local Windows domain and Zoom telephony (phones and videoconference)
- Design system functionality and re-engineer business processes by leveraging understanding of local and global business requirements
- Provide local change management for global initiatives, including coordination of end-user testing, training, and communication with stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of departmental budget and business plans involving purchasing new services, hardware, software, and tracking IT assets (PC’s, mobiles, etc.)
Requirements:
- Familiar with the technology, tools, and applications used by Maples Group
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate with IT team members when required
- Work independently to deliver project results on time and within budget
- 3+ years' work experience in Information Technology
- A+ certification and MCP Certification is preferred
