IT Support Associate (UAE National – Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy UAE National to join our IT department as an IT Support Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate passionate about technology, networking, and cybersecurity to begin their professional journey in a dynamic and growth-driven environment. The selected candidate will receive hands-on experience across IT operations, systems support, and cybersecurity fundamentals, working closely with senior engineers and cybersecurity specialists.

Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
• Support daily IT operations, including network connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring security compliance.
• Participate in cybersecurity awareness and data protection initiatives.
• Maintain IT documentation including user guides, asset records, and incident logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT procurement and maintenance tasks.
• Learn and contribute to projects involving network security, access controls, and data backup.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking concepts, and data security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
