Responsibilities:
- Manage identity, access, and secrets in our cloud environments
- Patch vulnerabilities across multiple environments
- Monitor, identify, and fix security and network related issues
- Operate day-to-day cloud security projects and initiatives
- Manage Helpdesk requests and incidents
- Onboard and Offboard employees (managing computers and peripheral equipment)
- Support various security activities in SaaS solutions
- Act as Tier 2 support for security related issues
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of overall security and IT experience, with a demonstrated focus on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both Linux and Mac environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Cloud Security
- Experienced with networks including protocols, routing, switching, and VPN
- Experience with different workspaces (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence)
- High level of problem-solving skills and debugging of high complexity systems
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge with corporate SaaS applications
- Fast learner and can work independently
