What you'll do:
Team Noon comprises fast, smart, and hard-working individuals. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for your site, collaborating with the business and engineers to maintain critical infrastructure elements and provide day-to-day support. Additionally, you will have opportunities to innovate, lead projects, and contribute to a multinational team focused on high-quality results and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure to meet performance targets and service agreements.
- Lead projects implementing new technologies to support business needs.
- Supervise a team of IT technicians.
- Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Serve as a technical contact for internal and external partners.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Travel up to 25% of monthly working days.

- Experience in Linux/Unix, Windows system support, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of core internet technologies.
- Team supervision and project leadership experience.
- Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
