Noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Launched in 2017, Noon has rapidly expanded its ecosystem, offering a variety of services including marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. Our newest service, Noon Minutes, provides a localized assortment of FMCG and grocery products with delivery within 15 minutes across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. Our mission is to ring every doorbell, every day, and we are only at the beginning of our journey.

What You'll Do:

• Provide desktop and laptop support for Windows-based machines.
• Install and configure operating systems on servers and various devices.
• Troubleshoot and manage Ubuntu Linux operating systems.
• Set up and manage Microsoft Office 365 accounts and services.
• Handle virtual machine setup and network configuration, particularly using VMware.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure Administration, including the Intune platform.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for MacOS systems.
• Support CCTV-based systems for monitoring and security purposes.
• Assist with networking configurations, particularly with Cisco-Meraki products.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Mandatory requirement to have a valid Driving License and own a car.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) is a plus.
