Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid with flexible working hours
Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle user requests related to IT support
- Prepare user equipment and conduct diagnostics before repairs
- Create and update user instructions
- Grant access to internal services and applications
- Administer the corporate messenger and email system
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets
- Assist in device management
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of PC hardware, software, and various operating systems
- Responsible and attentive to assigned tasks
- Practical experience in managing global corporate IT systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management solutions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a self-driven role within a technology-focused organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS)
- Understanding of ITIL
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and identity providers like Okta
