IT Support Engineer - Azure

About the Role
We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer for our operations in Qatar. This position is crucial for providing technical support to our users, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems, and offering guidance on the usage of technologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users for Microsoft Client and server platforms.
• Assist users with the Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure-related queries.
• Offer functional support and guidance on how to use various systems and equipment effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate logs of support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and support processes.

Requirements

• Mandatory: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Mandatory: 2+ years of experience as a helpdesk technician working with Microsoft Client and server platforms.
• Mandatory: Relevant Microsoft certifications, including but not limited to Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktop, and Azure.
• Mandatory: At least 1 year of experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite support.
• Mandatory: Basic knowledge of network support.
• Mandatory: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Optional: Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Desirable: Certifications in networking, such as Network+ or CCNA.
