As an IT Support Engineer at noon, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure. You will work closely with both the business and engineering teams to implement and support essential technology components, ensuring they meet operational needs. Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure to ensure it meets performance targets and service agreements.
• Lead projects to implement new technologies that support changing business needs.
• Supervise and manage a team of IT technicians.
• Conduct IT audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Act as the technical point of contact for internal and external partners.
• Provide technical guidance for projects and deliver excellent support to users.
• Travel up to 25% of the monthly working days.

What you'll need:

• Experience in Linux/Unix, Windows system support, and networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless).
• Strong understanding of core internet technologies (Routing, Switching, DNS, etc.).
• Experience supervising a team and leading technical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
