What You'll Be Working On
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT problems including laptop issues, Wi-Fi problems, and account access.
- Managing Microsoft 365 daily functions such as Outlook, Teams, and related tools.
- Administering devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) to ensure they are provisioned, secure, and up to date.
- Utilizing an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool to manage support requests and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Skills We Need
- Solid experience with day-to-day desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing devices through MDM.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English, as you will be interacting with team members regularly.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Nice to Have
- Experience with on-prem data center management.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (specifically Azure).
