Position

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure at the company’s Operations facilities. This position is open specifically to Saudi nationals, adhering to national labor laws and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations by resolving complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues, both on-site and on-call. You will collaborate closely with the IT Manager, business stakeholders, and remote support teams to implement and maintain necessary systems that meet current and future operational needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing availability and performance of IT equipment and infrastructure.
  • Liaising with global subject matter expert teams for networking and server infrastructure maintenance.
  • Executing change management requests and project plans.
  • Conducting site audits to ensure adherence to IT and health & safety standards.
  • Acting as the point of contact for technical issues and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Undertaking project management, providing technical support, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Supporting the recruitment and training of new talent within the department.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Occasional travel may be required

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
  • 2+ years in a troubleshooting role within a high-availability environment.
  • Experience in PC repair, deployment, and liquidation.
  • 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
  • Knowledge of networking components (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
  • Experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
